Step 2 | Project Coordination
Once the project scope and selections are finalized, we prepare a detailed estimate outlining the work involved and the investment required. We believe in transparency and take pride in providing honest pricing with a clear understanding of where your investment is going.
After approval, we finalize the construction agreement, establish your start date, and coordinate materials, vendors, and scheduling so your project is prepared before construction begins.
Step 3 | Construction & Completion
During construction, North Hills Construction takes responsibility for managing the moving parts of your remodel. From coordinating trades to overseeing workmanship, we handle the details so you can focus on the finished result.
Our team is committed to treating your home with respect, maintaining a professional job site, and keeping communication clear throughout the process. Once construction is complete, we walk through the finished project with you to ensure the details are completed to your satisfaction.
